All orders are shipped between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday EST. Foamtapes.net does not ship orders on weekends or legal holidays. On average, orders ship the next business day, however all orders are subject to a 1-3 business day processing time, unless otherwise previously agreed to by Foamtapes.net. If an order will take more than three (3) business days to process, we will contact you prior to shipping. At this time you may choose to cancel your order for a full refund, or accept the new ship date.

Terms and Conditions

Foamtapes.net is an authorized online distributor for LAMATEK, Inc. All orders must be placed using our online store and payments made through authorized credit cards. We do not accept purchase orders, checks or money orders. 

Returns

Should you discover within 30 days that the product does not meet your requirements, you may return unused and undamaged, full cartons of product to Foamtapes.net for an 80% refund (20% re-stocking fee), which shall be refunded to the credit card used to make payment. Return freight costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be approved beforehand, and will be assigned an RMA number. ANY SHIPMENTS RECEIVED WITHOUT AN RMA WILL BE RETURNED AT THE SENDER'S EXPENSE.

Except as expressly stated herein, Foamtapes.net expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Foamtapes.net arising from any product sold on our web site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Foamtapes.net, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.
 

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, or shipping or order totals are incorrectly calculated Foamtapes.net shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed with incorrect information irrespective of whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Foamtapes.net shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
 

Sales Tax

Foamtapes.net will automatically charge and withhold all applicable sales tax for orders to be shipped to addresses within New Jersey. The customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours via the "contact us" page at no charge. Any credit card charges will be reversed during the next business day. Orders cancelled via the "contact us" page after 24 hours may be subject to the return policy below in the event that the order has been shipped. Every attempt will be made by us to prevent a cancelled order from being shipped.
