1. very soft and flexible plastic foam with excellent compression set recovery.

 

Ether foam is a low cost product that works well as a weatherstripping tape wherever water and UV resistance is not needed. All our ether foam tapes are provided in compressed rolls and should not be left compressed for more than 60 days. They are made from a 1.2 lbs./ft3 light grey polyether (urethane) foam with a rubber based adhesive one side with a white Kraft release liner.

How to select the right size

Our foam tapes are are named as follows:
thickness x width x length
Thickness : The depth of tape when it is laid out on a flat surface.
Width : The amount of space from side to side when laid out flat.
Length : Usually the largest dimension, the measurement from one end of a roll of tape to the other.
