New Size Request
Use this form to request a new stock size for Foamtapes.net. Note that we can't add every size
to our inventory, however if there is enough interest in a particular size, or you plan to place
repeat orders for a special size, we may be able to accomodate your request.
Please note that all fields are mandatory to successfully process your request.
Any requests made that are missing information will be delayed.
If your volume meets minimum order requirements, your request may be forwarded directly to LAMATEK, Inc.,
the company that manufactures the foam and sponge tapes sold on Foamtapes.net.
