All orders are shipped between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday EST. Foamtapes.net does not ship orders on weekends. On average, orders ship the next business day, however all orders are subject to a 1-3 business day processing time, unless otherwise previously agreed to by Foamtapes.net. If an order will take more than three (3) business days to process, we will contact you prior to shipping. At this time you may choose to cancel your order for a full refund, or accept the new ship date.

Foamtapes.net is an authorized online distributor of products from LAMATEK, Inc. All orders must be placed using our online store and payments made through authorized credit cards. We do not accept purchase orders, checks or money orders.

Privacy Policy

At Foamtapes.net, we are totally committed to your privacy and protection of critical information.
Foamtapes.net uses PaymentOnline to process all credit card transactions. They are conducted over 128-bit SSL connections. PaymentOnline is a VISA CISP certified business.
We do not ask customers to login and therefore do not retain "customer records". We maintain records on an order-only basis.
Emails will only be sent for notification of order details, order status and shipping information. Foamtapes.net will never send an email for any reason that does not relate directly to an order.
Cookies are used on this site strictly for the purposes of maintaining shopping cart status. The cookies used on this site do not retain any other information and expire in 1 day.
Website accesses may be logged by page and date. This is for purposes of determining how people are using Foamtapes.net to ensure we provide an easy-to-use customer experience. During this logging process we do not gather any personal information other than:
- URL of page accessed.
- Date and time of access.
- Page referred from.
- Browser type (i.e. Explorer, Firefox or Opera)
Foamtapes.net will not disclose any information, including email addresses, to any outside parties without the customer's explicit prior consent.

Product Liability Disclaimer

All Foamtapes.net products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of the invoice. Except as expressly stated herein, Foamtapes.net makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on our web site. Except as expressly stated herein, Foamtapes.net expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Foamtapes.net arising from any product sold on our web site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Foamtapes.net, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, or shipping or order totals are incorrectly calculated Foamtapes.net shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed with incorrect information irrespective of whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Foamtapes.net shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Sales Tax

Foamtapes.net will automatically charge and withhold all applicable sales tax for orders to be shipped to addresses within New Jersey. The customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Returns

Should you discover within 30 days that the product does not meet your requirements, you may return unused and undamaged product to Foamtapes.net for an 80% refund (20% re-stocking fee), which shall be refunded to the credit card used to make payment. Return freight costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be approved beforehand, and will be assigned an RMA number. ANY SHIPMENTS RECEIVED WITHOUT AN RMA WILL BE RETURNED AT THE SENDER'S EXPENSE.
